ABOUT SCHOOL CULTURE AND CLIMATE

Our school climate & culture experts lead schools through a formalized Climate Improvement Process (CLIP); is a whole-school improvement program designed to significantly improve climate in three steps; diagnosis, planning, and programming. The process is undertaken in year-long cycles and is for schools and organizations that are looking to improve their organization's culture.

 
  • •School climate is the learning environment created through the interaction of human relationships, physical setting and psychological atmosphere.

    •School culture is the predominant ethos created from the sum of experiences among the school community membership over time.

  • •New organizational-wide shift (new leadership, new staffing structures, protocols, etc)

    •Low Staff and/or Student Attendance

    •High turnover amongst students/staff

    •Significant academic gaps and low achievement
