Differentiation

Our clients use MAP (or other assessments), IEPs, 504s, Gifted and ELL data to create plans of actions and interventions for all students. 

Assessments and Data Driven Instruction

Socio-Emotional Learning

We facilitate workshops that allow participants to engage in core practices and techniques that help to increase staff’s Emotional Intelligence. The research based EQ techniques are grounded in research from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and Six Seconds, a global EQ organization. EQ techniques are embedded in all of our PD; however, specific workshops are also provided for building level leadership and staff.

Creating Culturally Responsive Classrooms

We’ll work with your operations team and staff to ensure a sound school-wide communication plan with a progress monitoring system in place. 

Resource Allocation Consultation

We’ll provide a customized coaching consultation to deepen your understanding and create a plan to effectively manage school resources; including but not limited to federal funding streams, managing a school budget, appropriating funds, human capital, time, materials and programs in alignment to the school and students’ needs.
