We facilitate workshops that allow participants to engage in core practices and techniques that help to increase staff’s Emotional Intelligence. The research based EQ techniques are grounded in research from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and Six Seconds, a global EQ organization. EQ techniques are embedded in all of our PD; however, specific workshops are also provided for building level leadership and staff.
