BTA is an 8 week 1:1 and group leadership development program for current and aspiring senior and mid level educational leaders that are searching for specialized leadership training to grow their own leadership practice and team. In BOLD Through Adversity, a virtual and hybrid program, leaders will learn to confidently lead in their strengths, clearly apply key strategic-planning and decision-making techniques, and build capacity in others by strengthening team culture, shared accountability and team ownership.
